29. Constitution of the fund.
- The following shall form part of and be paid into the fund created under section 28 of this Act, namely :-(i)grants or allotments, as the case may be, made by the State Board for the purpose of elementary education ;(ii)fees and fines realised under the provisions of this Act ;(iii)all other sums of money that may be realised by the authority concerned under, and for the purposes of this Act ;(iv)any other sum of money that may be received from the State Government for any specific purpose, concerning elementary education or for the general purpose of carrying out the provisions of this Act.
