The appellant is said to have been in custody for 10 years and 4 months.

Looking into the facts and circumstances of the case, we are of the opinion that it will be appropriate if the appellant is granted bail subject to furnishing a bail bond of Rs.25,000/- and a surety of like amount to the satisfaction of the trial court.
