20. Minutes of the meeting.
- Every proceeding of the general body shall be recorded in the minutes book maintained for the purpose and authenticated by the Chairman/President or the person who has presided over the meeting, as the case may be. A copy of the minutes shall be sent to the authority at the next higher tier.
