1. The present appeal has been filed against the appellate order passed by the Jammu and Kashmir State Consumer Disputes Redressal Commission, Jammu in Appeal No. M/295 dated 24.01.2011.
2. The aforesaid order was passed in an appeal filed against the order passed by the Divisional Forum, Jammu in Case File No. 294 dated 01.10.2007.
3. Learned counsel for the appellants submitted that in view of Section 17 of the Jammu and Kashmir Consumer Protection Act, 1987, he may be permitted to withdraw the present appeal with liberty to avail appropriate remedy in accordance with law.
4. Ordered accordingly.
