Section 41 in Gujarat Special Investment Region Act, 2009
41. Repeal and savings.
(1)The Gujarat Special Investment Region Ordinance, 2009, (Gujarat Ord. 1 of 2009) is hereby repealed.(2)Notwithstanding such repeal, anything done or any action taken under the said Ordinance shall be deemed to have been done or taken under this Act.
