52. Regulations and rules.
- Any of the authorities of the University may make Regulations and rules, not inconsistent with the provisions of this Act or the Statutes, for the purpose of-(1)laying down the procedure to be observed at its meetings and the number of members required to form the quorum; and(2)providing for matters which, by this Act or the Statutes, are required to be regulated by Regulations or rules.
