12. Provision of Appeal.
(1)The State Committee for Regulating Fee and Related Issues shall decide the appeal within such time and in such manner as may be prescribed.(2)The State Committee for Regulating Fee and Related Issues may reduce or increase the penalty imposed by the District Committee for Regulating Fee and Related Issues.
