Section 3(1) in Chhattisgarh Lok Sewa Guarantee Act, 2011
(1)Every person shall have the right to obtain Lok Sewa in the State of Chhattisgarh, within the stipulated time as notified from time to time by the State Government, in accordance with the provisions of this Act.
