Order No. 04 Dated 11th September, 2023 Respondent No. 5 has already filed counter affidavit. So far as respondent No. 4 is concerned, Mr. Amit Kumar submits that the counter affidavit shall be filed today. However, no counter affidavit has been on behalf of the respondents No. 1, 2 and 3.
Mr. Gaurav Raj, learned AC to AAG-II appearing for the State submits that the counter affidavit on behalf of the State shall be filed within a week.
