Section 10(2) in Guwahati Metropolitan Development Authority Act, 1985
(2)The person so associates shall not be deemed to be a member of the Authority and shall have no right to vote at any meeting thereof, but he may take part in the discussion of the Authority relating to the purposes for which he was associated with the Authority.
