(4)For selection of persons for appointment to the post of [Associate Professors, Professor] [Inserted by West Bengal Act No. 26 of 2017, dated 30.6.2017.]Assistant Professors and Librarians in various Government aided Colleges, the Commission shall constitute a panel of experts having special knowledge on the subject for which such selection is to be made.
