Section 30 in Nagaland Rural Bank (Employees') Pension Regulations, 2018
30. Premature retirement pension.
- Premature retirement pension may be granted to an employee who, -(a)has rendered minimum ten years of service; and(b)retires from service on account of orders of the Bank to retire prematurely in the public interest or for any other reason to be recorded in writing, if otherwise he was entitled to such pension on superannuation, on that date.
