Section 55 in University of Horticultural Sciences Act, 2009
55. Savings of Validity of acts and proceedings.
- No act done or proceedings taken under this Act shall be questioned merely on the ground,-(i)of any vacancy or defect in the constitution of any Authority; or(ii)of any defect or irregularity in such act or proceeding not affecting the merits of the case.
