Section 55(2)(c) in The Bidhan Chandra Krishi (Viswavidyalaya) Act, 1974.

(c)the Faculty Council for post-graduate and undergraduate studies may delegate any of its powers or functions, conferred or imposed by or under this Act, to -

(i)the Vice-Chancellor,

(ii)a committee constituted from among its own members,

(iii)a committee constituted in accordance with the Regulations, or

(iv)any of the Boards of Studies.
