Section 1 in The Lubricating Oils And Greases (Processing, Supply and Distribution Regulation) Order, 1987
1. Short title, extent and commencement.
(1)This Order may be called the Lubricating Oils and Greases (Processing Supply and Distribution Regulation) Order, 1987.(2)It extends to the whole of India.(3)It shall come into force on the 1st day of April, 1987.
