Section 4(1) in Bihar School Examination Board Act, 2019
(1)The Board shall consist of-(a)Chairman;(b)Vice-Chairman;(c)Director, Secondary Education, Education Department, Bihar (ex-officio);(d)Secretary of the Board as Member-Secretary;(e)Two representatives from any two of the State Universities in Bihar, to be nominated by the State Government;(f)One Principal of a Government Teacher Training College, to be nominated by the State Government.(g)Two persons from any organization under the State Government who, in the opinion of the State Government, possess expert knowledge of the examination system, to be nominated by the State Government.
