Section 17(1) in The Orissa Merged Territories (Village Offices Abolition) Rules, 1963
(1)The Sub-Divisional Officer shall prepare a list of ordinary waste lands of each village and shall publish a copy of it in the manner prescribed in Sub-rule (1) of Rule 13.
