Section 8 in The Companies (Second Amendment) Act, 2002
8. Amendment of sections 18, 19, 43 and 49.- In sections 18, 19, 43 and 49 of the principal Act, for the words" Company Law Board", wherever they occur, the words" Central Government" shall be substituted.
