Section 9(3) in Chhattisgarh Nagar Palika Mohalla Samiti (Constitution, Functions, Powers and Procedure for Conduct of Business) Rules, 2005
(3)In the meeting of the Mohalla Samiti the decision shall be taken by majority of the votes and in case of the equality of votes the President of the Mohalla Samiti shall have the right of casting vote.
