Section 38(6)(a) in Andhra Pradesh (Telangana Area) Tenancy & Agricultural Lands Act, 1950

(a)On deposit or recovery of the entire amount of the reasonable price being made, the Tribunal shall issue a certificate in the prescribed form to the protected tenant declaring him to be the purchaser of the land and such certificate shall be conclusive evidence of the sale as against the landholder and all persons interested therein and the Tribunal shall also direct that the reasonable price deposited or recovered shall be paid to the landholder:
