Section 24(1) in Pandit Bhagwat Dayal Sharma University of Health Sciences Rohtak Act, 2008
(1)The Academic Council shall be the principal academic body of University and shall, subject to the provisions of this Act, the Statutes, Ordinances and Regulations, co-ordinate and exercise general supervision and control over all academic policies of University.
