Section 9(1) in Information Assistant, Class III, Competitive Examination Rules, 2015
(1)No candidate shall be allowed to appear at the examination unless the Board is satisfied that,-(a)the candidate possesses the requisite qualification under the relevant recruitment rule for the said post; and(b)he has paid the requisite fees along with the-application.
