Section 16(1) in The Navy (Pension) Regulations, 1964
(1)The pension of a retired officer who is re-employed in an emergency in the Indian Navy and of an emergency list officer recalled to service shall be held in abeyance during the period of re-employment or re-call to service, as the case maybe.' [However, an officer in receipt of a disability pension shall continue to draw the disability element of his pension.]
