Section 18(g) in Multi-State Co-Operative Societies (Privileges, Properties and Funds, Accounts, Audit, Winding Up and Execution of Decrees, Orders and Decisions) Rules, 1985
(g)All funds in the charge of the liquidator shall be deposited in the Post Office Savings Bank or in a co-operative bank or with such other banks as may be approved by the Central Registrar and shall stand in his name.
