Section 32(1) in The Black Money (Undisclosed Foreign Income And Assets) And Imposition Of Tax Act, 2015
(1)The Assessing Officer or the Tax Recovery Officer may require the employer of the assessee to deduct from any payment to the assessee such amount as is sufficient to meet the tax arrear from the assessee.
