Section 32(1) in Universities of Agricultural Sciences Act, 2009
(1)Subject to the provisions of this Act, Education in the University shall include Bachelor's, Master's and Doctoral degree programmes and short-term diploma/certificate courses in the disciplines of Agriculture and allied sciences as prescribed.
