Section 129 in The Orissa Building and Others Construction Workers (Regulation of Employment and Conditions of Service) Rules, 2002
129. Breathing apparatus.
- The employer shall ensure at a construction site of a building or other construction work that-(a)suitable breathing apparatus is provided to building worker while working in compressed air environment for his use at excavation or tunneling work; and(b)such breathing apparatus is maintained in good working condition at all times.
