43. Lease to be executed by the allottee.
- Every allottee of Nazul land execute a lease-deed in accordance with Form C appended to these rules. In addition, a lease-deed may contain such other covenants, clauses or conditions not inconsistent with the provisions of From C as may be considered necessary in the circumstances of each case.
