Section 61(1) in Chhattisgarh Swami Vivekanand Technical University Adhiniyam, 2004
(1)Any member other than an ex-officio member of the Executive Council, the Academic Council, or any other University Authority or Committee or Dean of a Faculty may resign by a letter addressed to the Registrar and the resignation shall take effect as soon as the letter is received by the Registrar.
