5. Application to appear in Examination.
(a)(i)The eligible candidate who desires to appear at the examination shall apply to the Director in the Form as specified in Appendix-II along with such fees as may be determined by the State Government from time to time, in the form of crossed Indian Postal Order drawn in the favour of "Director, Directorate of Economics and Statistics.(ii)The Director of Economics and Statistics, Gandhinagar shall verify the particulars of the application form and certify for eligibility of the candidate to appear at the examination in form as specified in Appendix-III,(b)The fees once paid shall not be refunded or held over for the subsequent examination.
