Section 193E(ii) in U.P. Zamindari Abolition and Land Reforms Rules, 1952
(ii)A copy of the aforementioned notice along with a certified extract of the draft compensation statement shall be served on the land-holders in the manner specified in the Code of Civil Procedure.
