(4)The Selection Committee shall also prepare list of the institutions district-wise, in respect of which vacancies have been notified to the Board by arranging the names of the institutions in order to their date of recognition if the names of two or more institutions have the same date of recognition, then they shall be arranged in Hindi alphabetical order.
