(2)In the sub-divisional headquarters, where there is a Public Prosecutor, the Sub-divisional Officer shall exercise the powers of the Deputy Commissioner in respect of his own sub-division.Explanation. - For the purpose of this rule 'Court' includes any statutory Commissioner or Committee of Inquiry into the conduct of public servants.
