Section 2(i) in Tamil Nadu Prevention of Dangerous Activities of Bootleggers, Cyber law offenders, Drug offenders, Forest-offenders, Goondas, Immoral Traffic Offenders, Sand offenders, Sexual-offenders, Slum-grabbers and Video Pirates Act, 1982
(i)"unauthorised structure" means any structure constructed without express permission in writing of the appropriate authority under and in accordance with, any law for the time being in force in the area concerned.
