Section 20(5) in Orissa Rural Infrastructure and Socio-Economic Development Rules, 2005
(5)If during the course of the financial year, it becomes necessary to incur expenditure over and above the provisions made in the budget, the Department shall immediately submit to the Finance Department a statement giving details of the proposed expenditure.
