Section 17(17) in The Bihar Child Labour (Prohibition and Regulation) Rules, 1995
(17)Pits, Sumps, opening in floors, etc. - In an establishment where a child worker is permitted to work, every fixed vessel, sump, tank, pit or opening in the ground or in a floor, which by reason of its depth, situation, construction or contents is or may be a source of danger, shall be either security covered or fenced.
