Section 28 in Agricultural And Processed Food Products Export Development Authority Act, 1985
28. Protection of action taken in good faith.-
No suit, prosecution or other legal proceedings shall lie against the Central Government, or the Authority or any committee appointed by it, or any member of the Authority or such committee, or any officer or other employee of the Central Government or the Authority, or any other person authorised by the Central Government or the Authority, for anything which is in good faith done or intended to be done under this Act.or the rules made thereunder.
