(36)make provision for -(a)the National Service Scheme;(b)the National Cadet Corps;(c)the National Sports Organisation;(d)physical and military training;(e)extra-mural-teaching and research;(f)the Students' Council, and(g)any other activities directed towards cultural, economic and social betterment;
