41. Nature and extent of securities for loans.
- Sections 64 and 131(2)(xxii)- . - The Registrar may from time to time issue such directions as he considers necessary for regulating the nature and extent of security which the co- operative society or class of co-operative societies may demand in respect of loans advanced by it.
