Section 16(2)(ii) in Punjab Privately Managed Recognised Schools Employees (Security of Service) Act, 1979

(ii)any case pending before the Deputy Commissioner under sub-section (2) or sub-section (4) of section 3 of the Act so repealed shall stand transferred to and be dealt with by the Director in accordance with the provisions of the Act so repealed and the rules made there under as if he were the Deputy Commissioner;
