Section 8(1) in National Highways (Fees for the use of National Highway Section and Permanent Bridge-Public Funded Projects) Rules, 1997
(1)The Fee Inspectoron duty shall be responsible for the collection and safe custody of the amountscollected during his duty period. The Fee Inspector shall not leave thecollection booth till his reliever takes over from him.
