49. Liability of accused to pay fee or other amount.
- Every person who is convicted under section 48 shall be liable on proof to the satisfaction of the Magistrate that he omitted to pay the fee, or other amount due from him under this Act or the rules or by-laws made under this Act, to pay to the market committee the amount which may be due from him on account of such fee or other amount.
