Section 29(1) in Jawaharlal Nehru Technological Universities Act, 2008
(1)The Council and the Academic Senate may make regulations consistent with the provisions of this Act, the statutes and the Ordinances, for all or any of the other matters which by this Act and the statutes are to be provided for by regulations and also for any other matter solely concerning such Authorities and not so provided.
