(1)The Annual Statement of Accounts shall, after examination by the Executive Council, be subjected to such audit as the State Government may direct.(2)Such Annual Statement of Accounts shall, together with copies of the audit report thereon, be submitted to the Court and to the State Government and shall thereupon be published by the Court.(3)The University shall have a continuous internal audit, and the report of such audit shall be submitted to the State Government as soon as possible after the end of every financial year.(4)The State Government may require the University to supply to it any information in regard to the accounts and the budget and the University shall comply with such requisition.
