26. Power of the Authority to take up any of the matters associated with Insurance Regulatory and Development Authority.
- In order to remove any difficulties in the annuity purchase, grievances arising out of annuity purchase or any other matter associated with annuity purchase by subscribers under the National Pension System, the Authority may take up the matter directly with the Insurance Regulatory and Development Authority.
