Section 77(3) in The Goa, Daman and Diu Secondary and Higher Secondary Education Rules, 1975
(3)A repeater candidate shall submit his/her application form for admission to the examination through the head of the school last attended, even if the leaving certificate is obtained by him/her or through any other recognised school if the last attended school is de-recognised and is not in existence.
