Section 4(10) in Madhya Pradesh Private Security Agencies Rules, 2012
(10)On the basis of police verification or on the basis of its own verification, the Private Security Agency shall issue a character certificate in Form VI. This certificate shall not be taken back by such Private Security Agency even if the person ceases to be the employee of that Private Security Agency.
