                               UPON hearing the counsel the Court made the following
                                                  O R D E R

Considering Section 36 of the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996 and considering the fact that there is no stay in operation against the award, in a proceedings under Section 34 of the Arbitration Act, we see no reason to interfere with the impugned judgment and order passed by the High Court. The Special Leave Petition stands dismissed.

However, at the request of learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner, we extend the time by a further period of four weeks from today so as to enable the petitioner Signature Not Verified to comply with the impugned order passed by the High Court.
