Section 10(x) in The Rajasthan Subordinate Accounts Service Rules, 1963
(x)that for recruitment to the post not within the purview of the Commission the upper age-limit for persons who were retrenched from the State Government Service for want of vacancy or due to abolition of post shall be 35 years if they were within the age- limit prescribed provided that normal prescribed channels of recruitment relating to qualifications, character, medical fitness etc. are fulfilled and they were not retrenched on account of complaint or delinquency and they produce a certificate of having rendered good services from the last Appointing Authority.
