23. Numbering on substitution.
- When the heirs of a party are substituted for him they shall be entered and numbered as follows.If the serial number of the deceased party was, say 3, his heirs will be numbered as 3/1, 3/2 and so on. If any party numbered as 3/1 dies his heirs will be numbered as 3/1/1, 3/½ and so on.
